Flavor Profile: Classic Dry Gin – Juniper – Black Pepper – Lemon Balm

The recipe for this beautifully balanced Dry Gin has been refined over decades in our family distillery. The nine hand-selected botanicals, with a clear focus on fruity juniper, create a harmonious blend. Fine notes of black pepper, cardamom, and coriander are complemented by lemon peel and lemon balm.

Only the finest wheat, sourced from our own family-run farm, is used to distill this smooth and well-rounded gin with 40% ABV.
